They both are very knowledgeable about houses in general and will help point out areas of concern or big perks you might not have noticed. We never once felt pressured into anything and they were very up front with all the info we needed. Our family had the difficult task of having to sell our family home after our Dad passed away. We were very satisfied with the services provided by the Howell Team. We selected The Howell Team to sell my parents house. After living in the house for over 60 years and raising a family, it was time to move to a senior living facility - an emotionally difficult transition. We we not optimistic, the home was dated and showed the wear and tear of 60 plus years and very few upgrades (green shag carpets, powder blue bathroom fixtures, etc.) - although my father did put in an addition manu years ago that increased the square footage significantly compared to other houses in the area. My mother was very insistant on a sell price that I thought was too high - naturally, having lived in the house for so long she could not see the flaws and perhaps had an unrealistic understanding of the real estate market and had no desire to paint or make any repairs to assist in the sale. Well, the Howell Team surprised us!!! The house was on the market for a much shorter time than we anticipated and sold for more than we had hoped for. The Howell Team kept us very informed as the processed moved forward and their communications and follow-up were excellent and professional. Cindy and Brad were wonderful to work with . They were always available and gave us wonderful advice which helped us to feel confident about selling our home. They were extremely thorough with all the details throughout the whole process. When we started to look for a condo we were kept up to date with everything on the market and they knew what we were looking for. We love our new condo.

Cindy has been a wonderful help to my two daughters (19 & 22) as they each were in search of their own condos. In each instance Cindy was so kind and patient as they looked at several different condos each offering its own worthiness and drawbacks. She answered all their questions or got back to them with answers as soon as possible. Cindy was very good about letting each girl take in each property and allowing them to make their own assessments. She was so great about returning calls at all hours even weekends. Her follow through was impeccable. She has been a true joy to work with. Both my daughters now own a condo that best fit their needs and price point and were so happy with their decisions. It was an easier journey with Cindy by their side. So think you Cindy for all your time and effort! It did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated!

Cindy went with me to all kinds of Condos; from ones that should be condemned, to ones where they were above my budget but exactly what I wanted. She was always available and answered to all my texts, even the ones late at night when we both should have been sleeping. Finally we found the one and she was there to answer any question and help me problem solve every problem that came our way; and with a quick close there were plenty of bumps. Couldn't have been more happier with the experience I had with Cindy. She was even able to find my sister a condo in the same complex!

Cindy Howell was excellent to work with. I had just moved to the Milwaukee area from Colorado and was unfamilar with the area. She took the time to listen to what exactly I was looking for and exhaustedly searched to find suitable properties. She was very flexible in working with my busy schedule and was showing me places in the early morning to the late evening in many of the surrounding areas. Our search took us a few months, but with her help I was able to find exactly what I was looking for!!! She made the paper work process easy and helped me line up the professionals that I would need to use throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better partner in my venture.
